Founder & Lead Consultant

Valentina is an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor and PMP®-certified Project Manager with over ten years' experience delivering residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects across the UK and Europe.

With a background in interior architecture and design, she combines technical expertise with commercial awareness, supporting projects from early feasibility and cost planning through procurement, design coordination and construction delivery. Her experience spans large-scale residential developments, luxury retail fit-outs, hospitality venues and bespoke residential schemes.

Known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail and commercial mindset, Valentina works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver practical, well-coordinated solutions that balance quality, programme and cost.

VA Consult is an independent London-based consultancy providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services across the residential, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors.

The practice supports developers, contractors, investors and private clients throughout every stage of a project—from feasibility, cost planning and procurement to contract administration and project delivery.
